📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and credit memos using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Resolve customer disputes and payment issues, working closely with the sales and finance teams.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong background in financial transactions and collections.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
