PT Melati Mega is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly.,Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.,Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.,Train and mentor new maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong technical background in maintenance and repair.,Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues efficiently.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
