📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Train and mentor junior store operators to ensure high standards of service.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
