📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining a clean and organized office space, including cleaning desks, trash bins, and common areas.,Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing meetings, and preparing materials for presentations.,Providing support to employees by answering phone calls, taking messages, and delivering mail and packages.,Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies such as paper, pens, and other office materials.,Assisting with the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and meeting spaces.,Performing light maintenance tasks as needed, such as fixing minor office equipment issues.,Assisting with the organization and distribution of office mail and packages.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.,Willingness to work remotely and follow company policies and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
