Abeam Consulting is seeking a talented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead to join our team. In this remote role based in Bali, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global company and contribute to the success of their HR transformation journey.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.,Oversee the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.,Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with the Abeam Consulting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Delivery Lead, with a focus on HR solutions.,Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.,Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.,Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
