📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
