Hotel Citra Digital is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. If you have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating user-friendly documentation, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation is integrated into the product development lifecycle,Create and maintain documentation for APIs and other technical resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
