📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as required for training sessions.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
