📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and updating software applications.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT audits and compliance checks.,Support the IT team in training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.,Proficiency in using common IT tools and software.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.Understanding of database management systems.Basic scripting skills (e.g.PythonBash) are a plus.Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
