📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Train and supervise outlet staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Assist in the preparation and organization of outlet displays and merchandise.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
