📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the insurance shop, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining the store.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about insurance products and services.,Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims in collaboration with the Shop Assistant.,Assist in preparing and organizing marketing materials and promotional events.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Shop Assistant in training and mentoring new staff members.,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Shop Assistant or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic computer software and insurance products is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
