📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members.,Developing and implementing work schedules and shift rotations.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing and resolving employee concerns and issues.,Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Knowledge of safety and security protocols.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
