📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Create and maintain banquet menus and event programs.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met throughout the event planning process.,Monitor event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Organize and manage event logistics, including venue setup and cleanup.,Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event planning.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
