Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members in logistics best practices and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
