Bidang Indra Bakery is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our bakery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and provide timely solutions.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT helpdesk tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
