📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food and beverage inventory to ensure cost-effective and quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
