Food Smart Nusantara is looking for a Senior Admin Cashier to join our team. As a Senior Admin Cashier, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cashiering system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position located in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. The salary range for this role is Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the cashiering system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including credit card payments.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on cash handling and transaction activities.,Train and supervise junior cashiers as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
