📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
