📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and nurses with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and providing basic medical assistance.
• Manage the clinic's front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
• Support the clinic's administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, updating electronic health records (EHR), and managing clinic supplies.
• Assist with the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, addressing their concerns and needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Assist with the organization of medical records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Clinic Assistant or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as EPIC or Cerner, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
