📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers at their designated locations to perform in-person verifications and payment collections.
• Ensure accurate documentation of transactions using our proprietary software, including Home Credit's internal systems and tools like Google Maps for navigation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and cooperation.
• Report on collection activities and customer interactions to the team and management.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in debt recovery.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the field collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.
• Proven track record in debt recovery and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
