📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients with precision and efficiency.
• Marinate and season meats, fish, and other proteins according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to support daily operations.
• Adhere to time management and productivity standards to meet customer demands.
• Stay updated on menu changes and new recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
