As an HR Executive at Allied Search Pte. Ltd., you will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You will use tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards to source and attract top talent. You will also be responsible for creating and managing employee handbooks, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training and development programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct final interviews.
• Create and maintain employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the education sector.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
