📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest room cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of public areas.
• Ensure that all cleaning standards and protocols are followed, and that any deviations are addressed promptly.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front office, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring that all items are adequately stocked and used efficiently.
• Implement and enforce cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned on time and to the required standards.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or concerns, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the workplace, setting an example for the rest of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and guests.
