📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of logistics staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Use SAP, Excel, and proprietary logistics software to track and manage deliveries.
• Optimize delivery routes and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant logistics software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
