As a Data Center Logistics & Asset Management Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in inventory control, warehouse management, and supply chain logistics. Using tools like SAP and Oracle, you will develop and maintain comprehensive asset management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of critical equipment and materials.
• Optimize inventory management processes to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
• Implement and maintain asset management systems using SAP and Oracle.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse logistics and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics and asset management team.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and asset management, with a focus on data center operations.
• Proven expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain logistics.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle for asset management and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
