📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the mining licensing process, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications, including environmental impact assessments and social impact assessments.
• Monitor and report on licensing progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on licensing requirements and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on licensing matters to internal teams and external clients.
• Stay informed about changes in mining regulations and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable mining practices and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining licensing, preferably in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, including those from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with GIS software and environmental impact assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
