You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive ShopeePay's growth and market penetration.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-potential business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of ShopeePay's solutions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Manage and mentor a team of business development executives to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital payments and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the digital payments and fintech industry, with a focus on ShopeePay's solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
