HR Specialist (HRIS) - Transform Data into Strategic Insights

In this role, you'll work closely with HR teams and business units to design and implement HRIS solutions using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR. You'll analyze employee data, identify trends, and propose strategic initiatives to enhance our workforce efficiency and employee experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement HRIS solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
• Analyze employee data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with HR teams to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Support organizational development initiatives by leveraging data insights
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
• Provide training and support to HR teams on HRIS tools and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or a similar role
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or BambooHR
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Certification in HRIS or HR Analytics is a plus
