In this role, you will work closely with our lounge managers and operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability and efficiency. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, using tools like SAP and QuickBooks. With over 10 years of experience in finance and a strong background in hospitality or network development, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency of our airport lounges.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting using SAP and QuickBooks.
Work closely with lounge managers and operational teams to ensure financial goals are met.
Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to senior management.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide financial guidance and support to the operational teams.
Collaborate with other departments to drive overall financial performance and governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in hospitality or network development.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certified in financial management or a related field (e.g., CPA, CFA).
